Haldo is pleased to be sponsoring the Institution of Lighting Professionals’ London & South East Region Electric Avenue seminar, taking place in Central London on 23 September 2026.

The one-day event brings together professionals from across lighting, highways and electrical infrastructure for a programme of technical presentations, discussion and networking.

The programme covers a number of issues that are highly relevant to the future of the highway and street lighting sector, including PLG02 Conflict Areas, The Evolution of Street Lighting: What’s Next?, and Electric Avenue: Who’s in Charge?. The day concludes with a panel discussion, Powering the Connected Street: Who Owns the Future of Urban Infrastructure?

These are subjects that are increasingly relevant to Haldo and our customers.

The roadside electrical environment is becoming more complex. Alongside traditional street lighting infrastructure, authorities and contractors are having to accommodate EV charging, connected equipment, additional electrical loads and new approaches to managing highway infrastructure.

Supporting Electric Avenue is therefore a natural fit for Haldo. We’re looking forward to hearing the discussions around the future of the connected street, sharing our experience and meeting customers, contractors, consultants and other professionals working across the sector.
